Part Time Sales Associate

This entry level role is primarily rooted in driving sales results at our flagship store in Palm Beach while maintaining the presentation of the store. The ideal candidate for this role is charismatic, motivated, and organized - with an eye for style and aesthetics.

The Sales Associate also assists in operational tasks like maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom as well as fulfilling web orders. Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by creating an inviting and pleasant shopping experience in store.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing personalized service.
• Monitor all details of a sale, including shipping and special requests.
• Be knowledgeable of the brand and educate clients on the unique handmade pieces we carry.
• Maintain visual presentation and standards of the store.
• Communicate inventory needs to management
• Effectively relay client feedback to management
• Manage inventory of the store for accuracy and quality.
• Fulfill web orders
• Create content for social networks occasionally
• Keep up to date knowledge of all collections, product information and promotions.

Skills + Qualifications:

• Available to commit to working weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently
• Energetic, confident personality
• Dynamic interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Time management skills
• Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 20 pounds while merchandising.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while assisting clients in store.
• Experience with Shopify POS is a plus, but not required.
• Photography skills are a plus
• Demonstrates strong styling and merchandising skills.

Job Type: Part-time

$15-$20 per hour; based on experience.
