Mifuko's mission is to bring joy to our customers while improving the welfare of women in the rural areas of Kenya. Mifuko are guided by their core values in everything they do: unique, joyful and socially responsible. Just as every one of their artisans is unique so are the products he or she makes.

Beautiful Nordic design and skilful Kenyan handicraft are the hallmarks of our Kiondo collection. Each basket is one-of-a-kind, handmade by a talented artisan, from the weave to the final stitching of the Mifuko label.

Handmade white shopper basket can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is woven from as much recycled plastic as possible, yet remains food safe and easy to clean with just water.

Each Mifuko product carries the name of its maker.
