All orders will be processed 1-3 days from receipt unless otherwise noted. Please select expedited shipping if you need items sooner. We currently only offer domestic shipping at this time. No international orders will be accepted at this time.
R E T U R N P O L I C Y
Any items purchased online may be mailed back to our flagship store for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase without exceptions. Items must be unwashed + unworn, with the original tags attached. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any merchandise purchased on sale will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Please be aware that due to the nature of our products and limited availability, items quickly sell out and inventory delays sometimes occur.
Customers can ship the item(s) back to us at the address below at their expense. Once we receive the package, we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with this policy. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
Your name and billing address. The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift. The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.

Any store credits issued in-store OR online are valid for ONE calendar year or 365 days from original issuance. Customers must have proof of credit in order to redeem.
Please note: All orders of SALE, TRUNKSHOW and opened personal care merchandise are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Customers must file a claim with the shipping distributor for any orders not received.
